Using student work and literary models as a basis for discussion, this workshop class offers students the opportunity to develop their skills as writers and readers of various non-fiction genres, including memoir/autobiography and other forms of personal essays, review essays, occasional pieces, and philosophical essays. prereq:ENGL 30000 3 hrs 3 cr.
