Development of advanced spatial models; indepth consideration of specific topics; statistical modeling, mathematical modeling, computer modeling, and simulation.

Courses cover geographic methods and techniques, and are divided into geographic information science, quantitative and qualitative research methods, remote sensing and cartography.
