On May 10th, 2022 Hunter will be using a new Course Catalog system provided by CUNY that will look and feel different than the current version. The Urban Teacher Residency (UTR) program is a two-year teacher-preparation program that integrates the graduate coursework of the aspiring teacher with intensive, hands-on experiences in New York City schools. UTR is a partnership between Hunter College, New Visions for Public Schools and the New York City Department of Education.
